Orkestra Labs

AI IMPLEMENTATION STUDIO

We build AI systems your team actually keeps running after we leave.

Orkestra Labs designs and implements custom AI agent systems for companies — from first prototype to production, with documentation that stays with your team.

A short call is enough to tell if this makes sense.

WHAT WE DO

Four things we do well.

01

Agent prototyping

We validate an idea in one to two weeks, before you invest in a full build.

02

Systems integration

We connect agents to what you already run — CRM, ERP, email, databases.

03

Production implementation

We build systems that graduate from demo to daily use by your team.

04

Post-launch support

We stay long enough for your team to take full ownership.

DEFINITION

What does an AI implementation studio do?

An AI implementation studio is a small design-and-engineering team that takes one process inside your company and carries it from idea to a working system — integration, testing and handover included. Unlike a software house, we don't build custom software from scratch; unlike a consultant, we don't stop at a slide deck of recommendations.

Consultant

diagnoses and recommends — the implementation itself stays on your plate.

Software house

builds custom software to order — usually from scratch, on a longer cycle.

Implementation studio

designs on top of what you already run, ships it, and stays through handover.

The scope is narrow on purpose: an agent system for one process, delivered to production. For most companies that's the shortest path from "we have an AI idea" to "it runs here, daily".

WHERE WE ARE

A new studio, with real projects underway.

Orkestra Labs is starting with a small team and its first implementations already in progress. Instead of a portfolio full of case studies that don't exist yet, we'd rather say it plainly: we're early-stage, we'll quote honestly, and we won't promise more than we can deliver.

QUESTIONS

The things people ask first.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer does one thing. A studio owns the whole thing — design, implementation, and support, with more than one person who actually knows your project.

What does the first call look like?

About half an hour. We ask about the process you want to improve, the systems you work on, and who on your side will own the solution. Afterwards you get a short written summary with a recommendation — including when the honest answer is: this isn't worth it yet.

How long does a typical project take?

A prototype: one to two weeks. A production build with integrations: usually four to eight weeks, depending on how many systems we're connecting. If it's going to take longer, we say so before the start, not midway. The factors that actually stretch or shorten an integration are covered in How Long Does It Take to Integrate an AI Agent With Your Existing Systems, and the full build process — from task definition to production — in How to build your own AI agent.

What's a typical project budget?

It depends on scope — a prototype costs differently than a full production build. We quote after a conversation about your specific case, not off a price list.
